Your Love

Your love will last for a lifetime That's why I praise You In the midst of a storm in my adolescence, you gave me comfort That's why I trust You When I am all alone, You're there That's why I have faith When I seek your face, You answer That is why I seek Your guidance When I am parched and dry My cup overflows with your favor When I am famished You replenish me When I am filled with bitterness and resentment, You calm me That is why I seek Your peace When I am isolated and mournful You're there For that is why I rejoice You gave me this life, and for that reason alone it will not be taken for granted. You accept me flaws and all, and that is why I love you.
