Your Love
Your love is a circus arena
that confident tiger leaping through the fired hoop
fierce, yet sincere.
Your love is that one last photo
left over from the burnt down house on B street
bold and wonderful,
the last of your kind.
Your love is a hot pan of sautéed hearts
so set me ablaze and
thaw me out.
