Your Not Alone.

It may just be me or maybe you can relate.

Relate to the battles inside your mind, while the pain of fighting tears you down.

The emotions eat you up where you don't want to live.

The anger, the rage in your heart towards someone because they treated you wrong.

I have been there and I want you to know you are not alone.

You are a gift from someone you love,

You are a blessing to someone who cares.

You may have been bullied,

you may struggle with abuse,

You may have had your heart ripped open because of the wounds and scars that ended up defeating you.

Don't believe the lies.

Don't believe the thoughts and voiuces running through your head.

Your not alone.

Your not alone.

Your not alone.

Fight the battle,

Fight the thoughts,

Fight the scars.

For healing will one day come, even if you don't see it now.....

Ever struggle with your voice being heard. Take it from someone who has walked in your shoes or should I say my own personal shoes. One shoe drops then the other. I was a mental and medical case, where having epilepsy and bullying caused mental health in my life. on top of everything else the multiple attempts and still here, I am a blessing thanks to my higher power. I can honestly say, poetry has been my main outlet since I was like 15 writing since birth. I was deaf and overcame my hearing as well as my epilepsy and all these other blessings I can't name them all. It is all thanks to God (My higher power) for believing in me and bringing me back to Him.
