Your Smile Isn't Brighter Than The Sun

Your smile isn't brighter than the sun,

infact, compared to the stars its a fraction.

I won't get lost in your eyes,

but please don't let this demoralize.

If your smile was brighter than the sun, it'd be unnatural,

inconcievable, outlandish, and supernatural.

You, in contrast, are very actual,

though it does not mean you're anything less than magical.

Not extraordinary,

but definitely not extra ordinary,

as your smile is something worth thousands of miles,

and your eyes still give my stomach the butterflies.

So why, you ask? Everything I have said is true,

and it's all because I love you.
