Your Sun

Alarm clocks are always ruining my perfect dreams. I’ll be flying. I’ll be singing and then it’s ended. I know I sound like a drama queen. but it’s so hard to wake and find nothing really happened. I’m in the state of nothingness. I’m not feeling anything. Not a poke nor a prod. I know dreamland is a state of mind, but it seems so much better than reality. I always start to decide what’s right for me, how do you always have something better planned. When I’m just going through the motions, for you that is like day without the sun. You want my whole heart. When I”m just being lazy, it’s silent films without the silence. You want all of me. Turn the clocks off, I’ll wake myself up Then maybe my dreams won’t be lost in all the noise and you can have your sun.

I'm 21 and a strong Christian. I attend Tennessee Technological University, and I feel that God has given me a gift with words when it comes to writing, because they just flow out of me uncontrollably creating something that I do not think capable of myself alone, especially since I am a horrible speller.,
