You patch me up And stitch me closed A bandage here A bandage there All to heal my bleeding wounds A shattered crack And a burning fire Consumed me then Consumes me now You extinguish me and seal the cracks Without you here I malfunction alone Secluded to cry Secluded to die But you rescue me when you are near
