You're the One

Your eyes, so expressive, yet so fragile

They capture and hold mine as you can see

Your heart makes me feel very gullible

Nonetheless, all these sacred words weren’t free

I wish we could talk, every time I’d try

Taking this small step, was too hard myself

Why could I not, do not know even I

Without you, I am an empty bookshelf

A mountain with no peak or bright, white cap

With you, nothing could touch me, not a scrape

I wish you could come back to me ASAP

You are fine; don’t change, like the world’s landscape

My great inspiration and life are you

Once you’re gone, I’ll wither and break, it’s true
