You're Totally Right

Your camo jacket

Your cheap leather boots

Your hands that have never held an axe to chop firewood

Your bare feet that have never felt the cool grass durring durring summer nights

Your eyes that have never watched the stars in the bed of a pick up

Your hands never helped pull a pie out of the oven before the church pot-luck

Your fingers that have never pulled the trigger of a 12 gauge

Your hands that have never caught a fish in the pond out back

Your heart that has never felt the true love of being surrounded by all your family

Your mouth that lies about everything

But you're right...

You're country
