#YOWO

Such a young age to know what she stands for

What makes up the planks that constitute her floor

To pick a cause to foster and grow to promote and love

Unfailing power and will to withstand push and shove

There can only be one truth she should know

One truth that she can promote, love, foster, grow

And that truth would prove to be her faith in God

A purest seed planted within her spiritual sod

She stands for His truth, honor, power, and love

The only kind of Father that could be found above

And to what extent her fellow man may ask

The extent to which none could ever surpass

And through His truth she lives not once, not thrice

But here on earth and with Him in heaven, she lives yet twice

My favorite part about writing this poem was realizing what's important to me, and that's God. That is what I stand for, it's the best way for me to live.
