Looking down over 200 feet.

I pause.

I climb back down.

Again, I climb up,

Hoping. Hoping. Hoping

Desperately

That I could fly,

be unafraid.

The others, they quickly descend and scream in exhiliration, as they climb back up to go for a third, a fourth, a fifth round.

and i wait.

Peering over the edge of the platform.

I can't do it,

I climb back down.

Suddenly I hear only 10 minutes left.

One last push, I climb up, and let loose. I feel the breeze washing me, and I too yell out in ecstasy.

If only I did not worry. If only I accepted the cheers of my peers. If only I lived in the moment.

If only I did not REGRET.
