The Zoologist

Feeding a tiger cub at dawn

Working with peacocks on the lawn

Seeing the birth of a new creature

While studying its unique features

Saving endangered species from the brink

Before taking a break with a drink

Seeing smiling faces of children

Speaking as they learn and listen

Learning more and more everyday

Being able to work and play

This would be my dream career

Living life and showing no fear

The job of a zoologist is fine

And will hopefully be mine
