Reaching for the remote To take control Wanting all the power restored Until then you fall back to the floor Open alone and suffering They didn't help you They didn't change a thing Only kept you waiting You look up at all black skies Your life is a memory of lies Holding on to a recollection Trying to delay a severed connection
