That’s Love

When someone says the words “because I love you,” 

It should show unconditional love,

Not manipulation.

Love is not abusive,

Love is not full of ultimatums,

Love is not taking advantage of your significant other,

Love is not detrimental to your mental or physical health

Instead, love is honesty,

Love is trusting your partner,

Love is understanding one another,

Love is remembering the little things,

Love is being there when times get tough,

That’s love.
