“Bullets Are Just Hardened Tears”

A world dominated by people who have erased vulnerability
From their thoughts, seems to be falling apart.
We train ourselves to be stern and collected
To not show emotions, because emotions are our downfall.

A world with knife wounds oozing out acid that drips onto our skin
Sold off to be a part of something we do not want to be a part of
Goats and cattle and women drip from their pockets
like the acid onto our skin

A world where women are used as ashtrays
Simply because they were there.
Used as a empty holder for the lack of emotion
That we were taught was bad

A world overrun by power
Losing the simplicity of emotion
Molded into a solider set for battle
When strives to be a writer

A world that is corrupt in the way we treat people
