“Clarity”

We were supposed to be clouds that traveled the world. However it seems the wind has Pushed us in different directions. Now the fond memories of yesterday are the dark clouds lingering over my head. They are the immortality one wants, but shall never have. This friendship is a ball and chain, however I don’t feel restricted. It’s just a constant reminder of, how many times I was down but lifted, through the rough days. You are the light. I am the stars. We travel in unison, but create more fond memories after all
