“Escaping My Past”

I look out the window, into a world of fear As I look I search for a purpose Why am I so alone in this world. I take a deep breath and I think into my future What will I be, Who will I become I turn away from that window, I see an opened door. Slowing I get up and make my way to that door I look out the door, I see my family my future I walk out the door I have escaped my past I will never look back to that opened window with regret ever again There is a opened door a brighter future through that door

I love writing it is just the best way I can express myself. A really nice person to get along with, just trying to come out of my shell more.
