“Fine Line”

You come home every night,

to see me turn off the lights

and slip under the sheets with you

I mean this is a universal world view of love, right?

But the only reason I want this

Is so you’re only reminiscing about me

So that you’re unable to leave

Because you’re so naive to think I love you

You will never be able to retrieve

Any of your pride, dignity, or virginity

Since I took it all for myself

Once I took it all, I’ll put you on a shelf of the ones I’ve destroyed

As you crawl into a pit of sadness

I’ll continue with my madness of abusing

every relationship i find amusing

If they dare refuse me,

I’ll break everything they own

Because I am the king on the throne

And I will do whatever I please

But you cant plead me to seize my attacks

Because of the intimidation and control I have

So you keep your mouth shut from the cops

And let me keep abusing you

Until one day I don’t get through to you

you start realizing I am a threat to your health

That bleeding heart of yours starts to heal

Once you have stopped to conceal the pain

Which lets you fall into a fresh start with someone new

Who will never have it with you because they want to use you

Who will not dare to leave a bruise on you

Because to them,

You’re precious and you they will always make sure to say “ I need you because I love you”

They wouldn’t dare to overstep your boundaries and you finally have the ability to turn another person

Who won’t have you lounging around In your deepest thoughts for your twos compatibility

Because the two of you are holding each other’s hand

Where you’re sure you won’t misunderstand one another

There’s a fine line between love and deceiving others for your dark desires

Don’t ever let a person leave mark on you of pain and let them say #becauseiloveyou
