“If You Feel”

“If you feel something needs to be said,

it's better off out there than in your head,

you’ll be long enough frustrated,

and long enough dead,

if you don’t now say,

what you feel needs to be said.”

Anticipatory anxiety is the fear or worry that bad things could happen in the future. With this type of anxiety, we may fixate on the things we can't control or predict. The uncertainty of the future can be scary because it is out of our control.
