“Inspired” to Make a Difference

The greatest threat to the health of the mind

The cure we have yet to find

Alzheimer’s and its effects

Have the power to cripple and disconnect
 

I have met with patients and talked

Identities and personalities had been lost

I wanted to make sure this never happened anyone again

So I walked and fundraised for the Alzheimer’s Association

There were hundreds of people, united by one cause

They were determined, and would never pause

Within me, this was the kindling to a fire

To do even more, I was inspired

That is why I started “Inspired”, a friends and family team

Who advocated and fundraised for a dream:

 A World without Alzheimer’s

In order to stop this disease, we must take a stand

All of us, arm in arm, hand in hand
