“One Of The Greats”

Picking up a pencil-like Willem de Kooning

I began to draw what I felt that day

Every emotion flowing through

With the essence of Leonardo da Vinci as the paintbrush comes in to play

Chiseling away at the canvas as Michelangelo did back in the day,

And as Picasso once did

I admired my work as it ages with grace.
