“Real Me” Word Paintings

Outpourings of my soul

Pathways to my mind

Overflows of my heart

Portraits of the “real me” inside

Desire and dream dancing oh so freely

Fear and pain relenting as they lose secrecy

Courage and hope spreading wings

All taking form through my word paintings

Soothing my soul

Enlightening my mind

Uplifting my heart

Growing the “real me” inside
