“Untitled”

I want to crumble to the ground

Swallowed by the Earth

Six feet deep

Unable to feel

Worms n maggots

Flooding my soul

What is it like to die

Feel nothing but

Silence

The ground my home

Waiting waiting waiting

For you to come around

Lay flowers upon my stone

I wait I wait I wait

As I dive deeper to the floor

Succumbed by pain

I’ve lost myself

Daggered my heart

Sliced these legs

I walk no more

Seeped into the dirt

The blood runs dry

Stained by paint

She stands at my door

I reach for her light

It’s time for me to say Goodbye.

The spaces in between . . . imperfections of growth reaching towards Zion continuing tradition creating habit flower blooming I am alive. 🌸
