“Why Try” (Trinet)

Why try

Finding love

I always fail, it never works

The never what I feel

They don’t

Return the

Love back

Broken promises

Broken hearts

They move on, they always do

They forget me, they leave me

Drowning alone

In tears

Nobody hears

So why

Why try

Open my heart, to be stabbed

To be lifted up high above

To fall

Hard on

The ground
