Being the Best

October 18, 2016

As you're laying on the beaches of Mexico, the wind in your hair, a Pina Colada in your hand, you start to hear this faint noise. It grows louder and louder...

Until you awake in your twin sized mattress, to realize you have class in 45 minutes. You contemplate wether or not to get out of your warm bed and go to labs for 6 hours...

Being a chef is super hard, and a very stressful job. Standing on your feet for hours each and every day. Waking up while most others are asleep. But there is that feeling to want to get up, to be the best, to make incredible foods.

So while most others hit that snooze, I jump out of bed, ready to take on the day. With being in a culinary school, I want to learn , grow, and become the best chef I can possibly be.

That, that feeling of success, thats what gets me up in the morning.
