I was born behind a curtain

I am locked inside a wall

Somehing remains uncertin

Was I ever born at all?

I was taught to camolflague

from the age of nine

Sient screamng hurts my ears

My mother says I'm fine.

I'm fine.  Im fine. I'm finally gone.

I'm no longer confined

I'm running, singing, dancing

FREE! If only in my mind.
