The Journey

August 13, 2016
The Journey: Thump, thump, thump the beat of a drum, the sound of my soft heart, 5 am sleepless losing my sight no tears tonight, no blood rush to my eyes. Why must I stay with the lonely sound of my heart, why did i not sleep tonight. I tried, I tried with all my might, Hands bloody, scarred, in pain but i continued to write. Dirt, Darkness, I have no light. The tunnel where I walk with no sight, death, poverty, ruthless is my life. Where shall I be, who will I become. Tho shall not know unless tho becomes the light yet tho's journey will have challenges, tho's journey shall be hard, tho's journey will be the hardest step in life. What is this? This is my story from darkness to light all that reads will have a journey of life.
