My person lives in my words, my image, my personality, my emotion. It all lives in my words whether poetry or stories I am my words and my words are me.

Complicated mirror

August 12, 2013

This word would amount to that of a deceiving lie

Breaking from the glass that makes my mind a whole

These cracks that tease at the flesh of this person that I became.

From the touring flames that rage for a life to live

To the desire for another to die

These are the complicated shears’ of my life

Broken down to the basics like the soul of a newly Born Eve

I must look into a hall of a future that no longer suits me

Smashed by the very ones who placed me here

Stoned as if a sinner born from that of a Sea bound mother

Family and friends rocked and slipped, taken me piece by piece

Other then by the wonder

The most complicated piece of this mirror

Would be the soul that lives within

Most for get but with a few more punches I will be gone

Dust to your ash and cold to your warm hands

That’s what I write not something to be read but heard

So do you hear my glass shattering in front of you?

Can you tell someone so put together could be falling apart on the inside?
