Depression

September 13, 2017

Depression is not eating for days.

Depression is greasy, unbrushed hair.

Depression is laying on the couch for hours, crying, fighting an internal battle to get up and do something.

Depression is a lack of motivation, lack of joy, lack of happiness.

Depression is watching people laugh and play as I look on with distain.

Depression is a disease.

Depression is ugly.

Depression is me.
