If you don't learn to write your own story, someone else will write it for you

1 poem·Since June 2017

I don’t know exactly how to address myself as a person. Well at least with this short of writing space. My actions don’t match my personality which makes me awkward in every sense of the word. I make more mistakes than achievements, bad sense of humor. And to put it bluntly, just an awful human being in general. Don’t even get me started on my writing style. If I don’t read over a piece a few thousand times before publishing, it will look like a five year old repeatedly hitting a keyboard with his face. Just because I make a lot of mistakes doesn’t mean I can’t grow and adapt like regular people. I just think and learn differently. Some call it pessimistic, I say no. I say no to a lot of things but this is a certain passionate “no”. Even so being pessimistic doesn’t mean you’re closed minded. Sorry I do get side tracked in certain situations. Maybe you should get used to that. So this is me, someone you won’t know. Someone not many people do know. There’s not a lot that I can do right, but this… This just might work. As a humble reader, you won’t know my age, gender, nationality or appearance. And I would like to keep it that way. Hint don’t go digging for my real identity. Please keep reading my stories and blog, contact me for any further questions.

Baggage

June 15, 2017

All my life I kept weight around my ankles, they bruised and fractured my legs

I couldn’t move, breathe they restricted me from expressing my true self.

This baggage was unlike others.

People all carry some sort of setback influence In their lives,

This could be friends, family or even yourself.

Or it could be your whole life in general

This infection around you doesn’t just stay in one place

Oh no. It festers,

The place in which it triggers you and grows

It inflames your whole body until you can’t move

The wounds grow hooks that pierce into the skin.

No blood, only pain

Constricts

Self-freedom.

Like any disease I suggest eradicate it before it lingers too long.

Or else, like in my case.

It’s much harder to break free later on.
