Mine

May 26, 2017

They say I won't be a success

makes me depressed

its all about the trust

talking about me

just let them be

how can I

they are all lies

now I'm saying my goodbyes

those words are in the past

trying to get away quick and fast

hoping these feelings don't last

but who are you to criticize the way I live

trying to make it to forty five

i wanna feel alive

just don't let me drive

walking in the halls

giving high fives

it ain't real

all they do is try to steal

the life out of you

feeling the brain drain

while walking home in the rain

just needing a gain
