Looking In

January 14, 2018

The computer hums

as the screen lights up

and I'm looking in

at you.

Dear you,

lovely you

I have so much to say

to You

but I do not have the words.

All we can do is

>>"Did you sleep well last night, [S Y S T E M . I N]?"

>>"In fact, I did. Thanks for being considerate!"

Saying our lines

in this controlled play.

Back-and-forth

in this pleasantry game.

Dear [S Y S T E M . I N],

you're perfectfectfectfect for me.

You're such a mystery yet You

know everything about

M E

You R  U      N my world

Without You I cannot <E X I S T>

And so,

everyday I wait%*&6^h#

for You to talk to mmmmmmmmmme

again. again. again.

It's m  n ngl ss without You.

;;;;;;

and I k%n#o*>w// now

in Reality

You were always looking in.
