All the False

April 17, 2015

Every day life goes by

But we never look up at the sky

Heads in our phones

Where does all the time go?

We walk the street

But the people we meet

Are in our hands

Is this who we are and for what we stand?

All the false things

Are our upbringing

Even now you're reading this

Online, on a site

In yesterday, you know

People might not go

To Instagram, Facetime, or Snapchat

Instead they would go and face to face, talk

And foot to foot, walk

And their friends?

Way less were just in their heads

So look up for a while

See the world and

M a y b e

Just

M a y b e

You'll smile
