Filterless

December 8, 2014

Natural beauty is rare
The deep brown eyes of mine
Sparkle clear as ever
Without the mask I can see
I see the cute freckles
Skin is fair and clean
No gashes or scars
Just shining beauty
A pretty face
without the body to match it
Inner beauty over-powers my figure
My words are genuine
Not afraid to speak
Yet truth overflows
Intellectual words
With soft-tone conversation
The feeling of being filterless
The weight of being perfect
is nonexistent
When I am me
I am happy
No filter, equals a real teen
Rarely seen
yet so unique.
