Mindless root

July 27, 2020
Just daydreaming my mind is screaming Try to over come these demons Drown out the repeat noise all the gadgets and toys Got me annoyed inner peace destroyed A never ending book that has me hooked Stuck in a mindless nook thoughtless numb Running sweaty bumming life Favor is the new flavor story hoping Lightsaber open once it's gone Now who's your Savior Drugs drown out sound Boom clack pound spinning round and round Dizzy frost consumes my mind Lost empty pit please give me another hit Shattered dreams fade to grey Broken chatter nothing but matter Where have we gone where's the world song Feed the greed satisfy the unessary needs Schools in session plant the seed More and more we shall settle this score This and that it's your time to bat Up up and away today The merry go round spins round and round Ready to play how would you explain your day
