Stop: A Message for the Depressed

March 1, 2014

Stop,

Stop the thoughts.

Stop the darkness.

Stop the endless fear.

Stop the ache.

Stop the pain.

If you have heard this in your head.

If you have felt this, alone, wishing to be dead.

Listen.

Stop and LISTEN.

Your are not alone.

You are one person amoung masses.

Many have felt your anguish.

This might make you feel smaller.

This is meant to make you feel accepted.

You are part of a whole.

You have unlimited access to support.

And you have a chance.

Stop,

Stop yourself.

Because someone would help.

Someone cares.

Even if you believe they've left it up to you.

Stop.

Let someone help you.
