Decadance

If you don't learn to write your own story, someone else will write it for you

18 poems·Since June 2013

To be honest, There's not much to tell, I'm an everyday girl, Going from day to day, It's all grey, But that's okay, 'Cause that's all there is, Better grey than red, Better grey than dead. 15 and insane. There isn't much to know about me, because there isn't much left of me. I am a writer, an artist, and a dreamer. I am good at being none of the above. You will forget me, I guarantee it. But most of you will never know me so there is nothing to forget.

Seeing

June 3, 2013
One day, We'll wake up and realise, For that last 3 generations, We haven't been living Not really There isn't even a pattern Any more No one wants to work No one wants to live No one wants to die Where did our lives go? Have we really become Simply useless flesh bags Infesting the world with our refuse? Where did the art go Where did the geni go Where does our future lie? Do we really want to let the next generation down? Do we want them to be Lazy bums Who can't lift a finger for themselves? Do we want to look into a mirror, And see what we have become?
