OCD meet BPD…
August 8, 2026
One screams that the world is ending,
the other demands I make it right.
One sets fire to the house,
the other counts the doors all night.
BPD brings the sudden flood,
a wave of fear I cannot tame.
OCD steps into the surge,
to give the chaos shape and name.
Reread the text. Check it twice.
Are they leaving? Are they fake?
Did I say the wrong thing now?
How many rules did I just break?
One turns a spark into a rage,
the next day leaves me feeling bare.
The other keeps me locked inside,
to make sure no one sees me there.
It’s feeling far too much at once,
then desperately trying to stay clean.
It’s burning up inside the fire,
then sweeping where the ashes have been.
It’s checking if my mind is split,
replaying moments frame by frame.
It’s losing who I used to be,
then taking all the fucking blame.
One tears the whole foundation down,
the other tries to stack the bricks.
A constant war inside my head-
a life I break, a life I fix.
