The Tourist

January 10, 2014

I walked through a foreign land

A man offered to sell me a gun

I said "no sir"

I walked through a foreign land

A woman offered me a jewel for my bullets

I said "no ma'am"

I walked across a desert

I am from the jungle

I cannot understand the desert's beauty

Because I am from the jungle

A man, a woman, and a desert have one thing in common...

I am a Tourist to them all
