Future Love

December 9, 2017

Dear Future Husband,

I look forward to being with you for time and eternity,

To being held in your strong arms so perfectly

I can’t wait for someone to understand me better than I know myself

And for once not to have my troubles left on the shelf

I await for the nights where our laughing is free

Where it’s just you and me as happy as can be

I’m giddy at the thought of your kisses and hugs

That cause a feeling better than any known drugs

I pray our future is good, and happy, and light

That our hopes, our dreams will all shine bright

But most importantly I crave and desire

To have someone to love, to have, and admire
