The Moon

October 12, 2017

The sun is so big

The earth is so small

The moon is dark and rocky

But the sun complements it's imperfection

It shows us all it's craters, it's curves, it's scars

And we still see that the moon is beautiful

It still smiles

It reflects all of the suns light on us

Making our darkness into it's light

It comes out when nobody can see it

Only if we choose to

If we look really hard

If we stay up and open our eyes

We can see the moon
