Trust

September 21, 2013

I won't say I'm perfect

I won't say I'm pure

I won't say I'm blameless

Because I am sure

That you will not judge me

You won't stab my back

You'll make me happy

Because I know for a fact

That you'll never desert me

You'll stand there and grin

And my heart will say

"Hey, you can trust again!"

Because they didn't retreat

When they heard your story

Now they're letting you shine

Showing all of your glory
