Reality Emerging

December 4, 2013

I look around me,

and everything is changing.

We are growing up, don't you see?

We are actually aging.

Yes, we are in high school

Junior year to be exact

Reality will hit soon though,

and each one of us will have a chance.

A chance to become something in life.

A chance to show everyone they can.

A chance to show the world

how much they really ran.

I'm scared

I've been a success so far,

but what comes after this?

Will I turn into a failure?

The thoughts of that happening are tormenting

I'm the youngest in the family, you see.

The first one to actually succeed,

but, what if I don't?

There's just so much preassure on me.
