I was terrified of failure

inadequacy

imperfection

 

The worst when I worked incredibly hard

What a waste of time

to fall just short of success

 

Little did I realize the triumph in simply trying

A fail is really just a

Attempt

In

Learning

 

I found beauty in the struggle of life

praised myself for progress

embraced adversity

 

I fell in love with the process of improvement and

subsequently, started to appreciate failure for what it is:

an opportunity to learn and grow
