Ceasefire Commences Combat

August 23, 2013

Larger holding the smaller

fingers loop-de-looping

            Reaching out takes stretching

            physically, soulfully

Conglomerate crowds crowding

into chaotic backgrounds

            Differences apparent

            more than just the skin

Unity stands waiting

leaning against the levy

            Screams cry out

            one to graze the other

ENVISIONED is the peace

To piece the world together

            Along with this fight

            Comes men waving for war

Irony’s hand is grasping

the brawl for armistice

            Coquettish are the circumspect

            and fist-filled are the furious
