Why am I here.

November 20, 2018

As I lay here thinking of what could have been I find myself with the fullest life I could ever have but the emptiness of my heart is drowning out all that is good.

I think if this is all it’s meant to be then why am I here, why do I occupy the space of someone who could be brilliant, why do I breath the air of someone who could change the world.

Why do I exist in place of someone who could life a full life.

People would say I’m rich not because of money but because I have a loving family , caring friends and many opportunities but why am I still wiping the tears from my face?

I have a hole in my heart they can’t be filled with any material possessions, I have an echo in my soul that can only be silenced by true love.

But what is true love in this superficial world that we live in , does true love still exist amongst the cars , houses , technology or “perfect” bodies.

Because if true love requires all those things then I’ll rather leave this earth sooner than intended.
