Hello my name is Hannah Teachey and I live in a small town in North Carolina called Watha.I have lived here my whole life. I am 17 soon to be 18 on June 27th. I live in a big old pink house. It was built in 1910 and it became pink in 2008 when I was 10 and a movie was made there called "The Secret Life of the Bees" I did not live there at that time but moved in soon after from right down the road. I am attending Pender High School now and will be graduating in June of this year. My GPA is 4.0 and I have been accepted to Appalachian State University where I hope to be going in the Fall. It's been my mom and I since I was 11. My Dad decided to exit my life at that time leaving my mom to take care of me ,finances and everything alone, 22,000.00 a year is not alot . So me going to college is going to be a challenge. But , I have faith that it will all work out.. Thank You
