If you don't learn to write your own story, someone else will write it for you

I am in love with writing.I love theatre,healthcare,and languages.I am currently an aspiring slam poet,and am currently the captain of a small club for slam poets,which consists of myself,and 2 others.I believe that everyone should be allowed to have a voice and a way to express themselves.For me,that's poetry.I don't really fit in with people,but I fit in perfectly in the writer community.I practice poetry all the time.I recite memorized poems,I read poems,and I write many of my own.I love to write,and the most important things to me are having compassion for others,always being kind,never screaming/yelling at a team or person,finding your true passions,and devoting yourself to your faith and morals.That's pretty much me,in a nutshell.
