Lost

December 21, 2014

I see them digging in the trashcan

I see them that appears to be woman no man!

Sleeping in the open air

No roof without care!

Free, hungry, afraid, misunderstood, in need

Like the birds at Wal-Mart we feed!

Always ready for a hand out

A way of life! A mind set! Just need a chance!

Under the bridge, in a refrigerator box

A gift of ramen noodle is like a steak!

I see them  digging in the trash can

I see them that appear to be woman no man!

How did we get here? Just one pay check away

It could be you one day!

A mind is a terrible thing to waste
