Every book I have read, every story I have heard, and every thought that has sprung, it has all changed me into a person I am proud to talk about today. I am influenced by the words and ideas around me; the idea is the most powerful weapon a human endures. My thoughts are endless and splattered onto a blank canvas that should be hung up in a museum. My name is Mariah Gonzalez and I am looking forward to becoming a English professor/teacher when I am older. Teaching, inspiring, and spreading hope and balance around those around me is what makes me feel most connected. I believe that's what we really want out of life...To feel connected.
