For those of the brave

March 16, 2019

Love

1 word

2 vowels

3 meanings

4 letters

To write this word takes two seconds,

To speak this word takes two centuries.

Love, and to be loved is for those of the brave .

Those who reconcile with their issues and have much faith.

How to love ?

One may say

To love is to be loved

And I think I may

May love or may reek havoc upon those who can

But, love is for those who too pray

And as I pray for love to be loved

I rest my case

To write this word takes two seconds,

To speak this word takes two centuries.

Love, and to be loved is for those of the brave.

As love can be easy as Sunday's grace

More complexed then Monday's pace

But as smooth as how love came into place

Love, like a merry-go-round

Has its ups and downs

But once one may love,

Love then shall be found.

To allow love to flow,

One must first love to grow

And before I could do so

I had to let go

I learned that love was cherished

And not just told

To write this word takes two seconds,

To speak this word takes two centuries,

To feel this word may last a lifetime.

Love, and to be loved is for those of the brave.
